At Glow-ex, your safety and satisfaction are important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
How to Request a Return
If your order qualifies, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will review and guide you through the process.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
